He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, focusing on adult/gerontology primary care through an accredited, evidence-based program. Thomas completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating cum laude from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago, a program recognized for immersive clinical experiences and simulation-based learning. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in health services from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, where he developed expertise in health care policy, economics and strategic management.
