Shanna Litteken, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered orthopedic care. She listens closely to each patient’s goals, whether returning to sports, maintaining independence or reducing pain. Litteken values clear communication so patients and families understand every step of their treatment.

Her clinical expertise includes sports and general orthopedics, fracture management, preoperative and postoperative counseling, and conservative management for injuries and joint pain. She is skilled in intra-articular and soft-tissue injections. Litteken prioritizes nonsurgical solutions when appropriate and guides patients toward surgical care only when it offers the best outcome.

Litteken earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies and a Bachelor of Science in physiology, both from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She is passionate about patient education, taking time to explain diagnoses, treatment options and preventive strategies. Her goal is to help patients take an active role in their care and regain confidence as they recover.
