Maurissa Heaton believes in building trusting relationships with her patients, so they feel heard and understood. She focuses on treating the whole person and building deep, long-term relationships with all her patients. Heaton chose family medicine because she values the importance of building connections with patients and working together to improve their overall health.
 
Heaton enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time with family, painting, playing volleyball, and being outdoors.
