Lexi Kremer-Callahan, MD, is a family medicine physician who is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to patients of all ages. She chose family medicine for the wide variety of opportunities it offers and the longitudinal care component, allowing her to build lasting relationships with her patients. What she enjoys most about her specialty is developing those longitudinal patient relationships over time.

Dr. Kremer-Callahan's approach centers on building strong relationships, listening closely to patients' concerns, and partnering with them to achieve their health goals. Open communication, patient education, and shared decision-making are at the heart of her practice. Her medical interests include women's health and pediatrics.

Dr. Kremer-Callahan has earned recognition for her commitment to patient care and is active in quality improvement initiatives. She is involved in research and quality improvement projects, including efforts to enhance patient satisfaction and address health disparities. She has presented topics such as advance care planning and chronic disease management.

She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Missouri Academy of Family Physicians. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Kremer-Callahan enjoys working on crafts, reading, cooking and spending time outdoors.
