Krista Hamilton, APRN, chose family medicine because she enjoys partnering with people of all ages and stages in life to help them live healthier lives. She previously worked as a surgical medical nurse and has a background in education, most recently as Assistant Professor of Nursing at St. John’s College of Nursing, in Springfield, Ill. 

In her free time, Hamilton enjoys time with family, gardening and walking in nature.
