Jennifer Craig is a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing family-centered care for newborns and their families. She believes that caring for neonates means not only managing their medical needs but also supporting parents through the challenges of having a baby in the neonatal intensive care unit. Craig is dedicated to helping families feel informed, empowered and comforted during what can be an overwhelming time.

Inspired to become a neonatal nurse practitioner while working as a nurse in the NICU, Craig finds great joy in watching babies grow, recover and become strong enough to go home to their families. She values the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of her patients and their loved ones, and she strives to create a nurturing environment where every family feels heard and supported.

Craig’s approach to care is rooted in compassion, education and collaboration. She is committed to keeping families involved in every step of their child’s care, answering questions and providing guidance to help them navigate the NICU experience. Her goal is to ensure that each family receives the information and reassurance they need to feel confident in their baby’s care.

Outside of her professional life, Craig enjoys volunteering at school activities and events, painting and hiking. She is married and has two sons, one in college and one in high school.
