Dr. James L. Jablonski II, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families. He specializes in preventive health, chronic disease management and overall well-being, ensuring patients receive high-quality, personalized medical attention.

A retired member of the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Jablonski brings extensive leadership, discipline and medical expertise to his practice. He spent 14 years teaching family medicine residents at HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, helping to train the next generation of physicians.

Dr. Jablonski says, “I’m dedicated to their health,” when referring to his patients, emphasizing his commitment to building lasting relationships and supporting them in achieving their best health.

He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1993 and completed his family practice residency at Eglin Air Force Base’s 96th Medical Group in 1996. Dr. Jablonski has been board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1996.
