Hanad Bashir, MD, provides comprehensive cardiovascular care with specialized expertise in interventional cardiology and advanced cardiac procedures. Dr. Bashir cares for patients with coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure, congenital heart disease and other cardiovascular conditions. His approach combines prevention, early diagnosis, advanced cardiac imaging, minimally invasive catheter-based procedures and device-based therapies to deliver individualized, evidence-based care and support long-term cardiovascular health.

Dr. Bashir earned his medical degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tongji Medical College, in Wuhan, China. He completed his internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, where he served as chief resident. He then completed his cardiovascular medicine fellowship at The Christ Hospital, where he served as chief fellow, followed by advanced fellowship training in interventional cardiology at Houston Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Bashir is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine, with additional certifications in echocardiography, cardiovascular CT and nuclear cardiology. He has been published in numerous peer-reviewed medical journals and has served as a reviewer for several medical journals, including the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, CHEST and the American Heart Journal.
