Courtney Garrison, APRN, was born and raised in Collinsville, Illinois, and is proud to provide family medicine care in the community she calls home. She cares for individuals and families across the lifespan, with an emphasis on preventive health, routine screenings and comprehensive physicals. She also provides women’s health exams and ongoing support for patients managing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease, obesity, anxiety and depression.

Garrison’s patient care philosophy is grounded in health promotion, disease prevention and patient education. She believes in treating the whole person and building long-term relationships, creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected and empowered to make informed decisions.

She brings a broad clinical background from bedside nursing across medical-surgical, cardiology, neurology, critical care and obstetrics settings. She also enjoys mentoring nursing students and new graduate nurses and values helping others grow in their careers.

Garrison earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois, and a Master of Science in nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis. Her advanced clinical training includes primary care and internal medicine, along with additional experience in hospital-based acute care, pediatrics, women’s health, urgent care, endocrinology, and pulmonology and sleep medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
