Casey Dively is a family medicine nurse practitioner who is committed to providing holistic and comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She strives to provide compassionate patient-centered care to support not just the patient but the community, as well. Dively is a graduate of Taylorville High School and is committed to giving back to Central Illinois by promoting wellness and empowering patients.

Dively enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, music, and being active in her spare time.
