Carmen Blomquist, APRN, FNP-BC, is an Illinois native and board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is passionate about improving the health and safety of working individuals and takes pride in delivering compassionate, personalized care to each patient. Blomquist earned her master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Illinois State University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.

Blomquist specializes in occupational health, focusing on workplace safety, wellness and injury prevention. She performs DOT medical exams and works closely with companies to ensure health compliance and promote employee well-being. Her broad clinical background—including internal medicine and outpatient care—enhances her ability to evaluate and treat a variety of workplace-related health concerns. Patients appreciate her calm, reassuring presence and her commitment to education and prevention.

Outside of work, Blomquist enjoys hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family. She and her husband have six children—five daughters and one son.
