Amrita Pandit, MD, FACS, provides general surgery, bariatric surgery and robotic surgery care for adults. She uses minimally invasive and robotic techniques when appropriate to support safer, more precise care and recovery.

Dr. Pandit earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Wardha, Maharashtra, India. She completed her general surgery residency through the University of Vermont School of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont, and Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. She also completed advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery, bariatric surgery and robotics at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Pandit is board-certified in general surgery and obesity medicine, and she is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
